Hey Guys — I’m Sammy!
My Story
I am a Mainer by heart and a photographer by trade. I grew up on Westport Island (one of few) on the coast of Maine. I’ll take a coffee anytime and campfires at the beach to watch the sun set. Always bring your dog to one of our sessions— Warning though; I will want to take it home by the end!
I strive to make my life a party and celebrate all the moments I can, so why not help celebrate others for them to look back on?
Fun Facts
I am a “Jack-of-all-Trades” and Amature Hobbiest of Hiking, Skiing, Surfing, Ice cream Eating, and Artist.
I have recently taken up Baking and Yoga.
I am the oldest of 17 Cousins (on one side).
I will cry at your vows.
My brother and sister are my best friends.

I never moved homes growing up. I remember sleeping in the tent in the ‘basement’ concrete foundation when I was four when we were working on building the house.
Growing up there gave me a family and roots to a place I am eternally grateful for. Knowing what home means to me, helps me empathize with others' sense of home and place when capturing their weddings or elopements. Your sense of home might be just with your partner or with your family celebrating you and you love.
Maybe in a place where you feel at home and most like yourself.

Photography is about telling a story. When I book clients, no matter what session they are looking for, I discuss their hopes and dreams for their session to find out what they value as a couple, family, or individual. That way, I can make sure that I capture your most authentic self(s).
I capture these moments for others so that they can have the opportunity to look back on their photos and see change, growth, and connection they have to each other. I capture true and timeless people in beautiful places. Your photos will each tell a story about your wedding, a day of adventuring together, or all of the above. Anywhere you want to go, I can be there. I am willing to travel wherever you desire. I strive for adventure and epic locations to create your dream!
Travel is a huge part of why I love photography. Not only do I get the amazing opportunity to see new places, but I get to meet new people. I spend a lot of time planning and executing trips with other couples and families for content, which means that I have experience in finding locations and making sure they are what you are looking for. There is a lot of strong communication between client and photographer about where you want to travel and the dynamics and it is always worth the adventure.
