I am a Wedding, Elopement, and Lifestyle photographer based in Southern Maine + New Hampshire.

Some of my favorite things are dogs, ice cream, travel, and exploring new places. I’m always wearing a hair clip to see through my lens & my jump suit to get those angles!

Documentary style meets Maine Weddings— the feeling of waking up everyday knowing that I get to help makes people's dreams come true. My art is a documentary style where I do minimal posing and let organic moments happen.

Throughout your day (and much before) you will experience the following:

  • You will feel taken care of and comforted!

  • You sometimes might not even know I am there, but I will always be there to take care of any possible situations.

  • You might here “OMG you are stunning!”, “Can you put your phone down please during this ceremony, thanks.”, or “Your bride/groom looks absolutely beautiful.”

  • You’ll feel comfortable asking me questions!

  • We will probably end up good friends by the end of your wedding day— You will realize this on the dance floor.

  • “We contacted Sammy to photograph our elopement with only two months’ notice... we are located in Ohio, but my family is in Kittery where we wanted to elope. She is an elopement photographer local to the town we were eloping in. It was seriously a match made in heaven. Sammy is easy to talk to and Great with communication, full of ideas to make your day magical- your way. We planned to bounce between Portsmouth, Kittery, and Fort Foster for a memorable day honoring 15 years of commitment. The day of our elopement one of our kiddos wasn’t feeling great so all of our plans shifted. Sammy was wonderful with handling our plan changes and was quick to offer ideas to keep things rolling smoothly. She knew how to make you feel comfortable, as if we were friends she’d known forever! She was so sweet with our four children , and even brought extra cameras to let our older kids take photos too. It was chaotic and beautiful and exactly us. Sammy goes with the flow like a pro. I’m so thankful she was apart of the magic to capture it all! Most importantly, Sammy is a wonderful photographer! She has an eye for details and is just as excited to capture your moment as you are to have it. She is so thoughtful as if it were her own wedding. I could not recommend her enough! We’ll absolutely be back for more shoots with her anytime we’re in town!"

Reach Out

Once you have connected with me using the handy Contact page first, then you will receive pricing guides, some personal notes about who I am, and all questions answered via email. Then, we will have a call via phone, Facetime, or Zoom to dig into those details about you and this exiting day!

Then

Take Photos

During your session, my approach will be enthusiastic and comfortable. I look to take organic photos that capture your natural love for your partner, the fun you have with your family, and the candid moments you thought you’d forget.

Next

Send Photos

Finally, the moments will be captures, feelings will be felt, and you photographer (Sammy) was there to guide you the whole time. Once we have completed your session, your photos will be sent to you via email. I always look to keep in contact with my clients afterwards too!
